Michelle Couperthwaite has been part of the Enticity team since October 2017, bringing exceptional creativity, technical skill and genuine care to every project she takes on.
As a talented graphic and web designer, Michelle understands that strong design should do more than look good. It should feel like the brand. She is deeply familiar with Enticity’s Define Before Design® process and uses the strategy, personality and desired reputation behind each brand to guide her creative decisions.
Michelle is an empathetic designer with a natural ability to understand how a design should make people feel. She can take a brand’s personality and translate it into a visual identity that feels thoughtful, consistent and true to the organization.
Her experience includes designing for international companies, but she shares Enticity’s passion for helping independent, small and growing businesses build strong brands that allow them to compete with confidence. Michelle loves to dig deeply into a brand and carry its visual identity across every touchpoint, from business cards and social media graphics to websites, marketing materials, signage and billboards.
She is constantly learning and adapting as design software, digital platforms and technology continue to evolve.
Whether she is working in Adobe software, WordPress, Canva or exploring new AI tools, Michelle is always looking for better ways to support Enticity’s clients.
Michelle also believes great design should empower people, not leave them feeling dependent. She enjoys creating the initial brand direction and then giving business owners and marketing teams the tools, templates and knowledge they need to use it confidently themselves.
Whether she is collaborating with the owner of a growing company or working alongside an established marketing department, Michelle loves becoming part of the team and helping bring the brand to life.
